Who we are
Glenvale Toddlers is a friendly and informal carers & toddlers (under 5s) group, run by North Wellingborough Anglican Church, which meets at Glenvale Park Care Home, Juniper Grove, every Monday morning from 9.30am to 11.00am during term time.
Our aim is to give children and their parents/carers a chance to meet with others while playing and learning in a safe environment. Residents of the Care Home also enjoy spending time with the children.
The leadership consists of a group of helpers from North Wellingborough Anglican Church, who give their time and love to this group.
As a Christian group, we seek to be inclusive welcoming everybody, whatever their faith, culture, age, gender or disability.
What we do
Each week there is;
- A large and varied selection of toys
- Biscuits and drinks for children and adults
- Singing and music time
What we ask of you
Whilst the leaders at Glenvale Toddlers are there to help with the smooth running of the group, we ask that you, as carers of the children you bring, are responsible for them whilst at the group. We will however help in any way we can to ensure this is a good time for both you and your child.
Charges
The charge is £1.00 per family, per session and the money is used to cover running costs.
